MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT ELAINE LIMBRICK

CARPE DIEM: Let us seize the moment, ride the wave! Arts and culture is on the move in the West Shore. Our visible presence through this new web site, studio tours, exhibitions of arts and crafts, metal sculpture shows, literary readings, and performances of music, song, and dance have created a heightened public awareness of the beauty and richness that all artists bring to life. We are now at a turning point in the history of the West Shore Arts Council for, at last, we have an Arts and Culture Centre planned for the Old Elementary School in Metchosin. WSAC hopes to move its office there in the New Year. The formal celebration of our twentieth anniversary will be in January, 2008 and we invite you to come and celebrate with us. We've come a long way, Baby!
